Shipping Rates

We offer an $8 flat-rate shipping fee on all orders within the United States.

Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order and another email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays are outside Shop J+K’s control.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS or UPS, Shop J+K is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged, or if there appears to be an issue with your shipment, contact theshopjk@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and merchandise so we can review the issue.

Customers should also contact the shipping carrier directly to report packages that are delayed, missing or marked as delivered but cannot be located.
